Valgañón Country House

Refurbishment of a detached building on an estate in Valgañón (La Rioja), converted from a leisure and hospitality venue into a country house.

The existing volume is kept: two floors of 103 m², with their concrete structure and hipped tiled roof. The porch, openings, exterior finishes and the entire interior layout change.

A new timber porch opens the ground floor onto the garden. Inside, the living room, dining room and kitchen share a single bright space around the fireplace.
