In this Sants apartment we set out to recover the building’s original character and let it speak for itself. We opened up the ceilings to regain their full height, gaining a sense of space and letting natural light flow through every room.
The original Nolla mosaic floors become the stars of the space. To set them off, the rest of the finishes follow a restrained palette: neutral walls, simple joinery and clean-lined materials that complement rather than compete.
The result is a contemporary, functional home that keeps the memory of the building and celebrates its heritage.
